Privacy Policy

Male Sexual Energy (“the app”, “we”) is built so that the sensitive things you track stay with you. This policy explains what the app stores, what reaches our servers, and the control you have over all of it.

What stays on your device

The activities you log — whether an act involved ejaculation, and when it happened — are stored locally on your iPhone. With your permission, they are also written to your private Apple Health record. They are not posted to a feed, attached to a public profile, or shared with anyone unless you choose to share them yourself.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant access, the app integrates with Apple Health to:

• Read your date of birth, used solely to calibrate the energy algorithm to your age.
• Read and write sexual-activity samples, so your log stays in sync with Health.

Nothing else is requested. HealthKit data is used only inside the app for calculating and displaying your score. It is never used for advertising, and it is never sold or disclosed to third parties.

What reaches our servers

To run subscriptions, deliver the reminders you opt into, and improve the app, some account-level data is stored on our servers. It is linked to an app-generated account identifier — not your name or email:

• Subscription status, received from Apple’s App Store so the app knows whether Premium is active. We do not receive your payment details — Apple handles all billing.
• A device identifier and, if you enable notifications, an Apple push token, used to keep your account in sync and to send the reminders you turn on.
• Usage events — for example, which screens are opened — used to understand which features are used and to fix problems. These records never contain the contents of your activity log.

We never sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Your control

• Export everything. Premium lets you export your full history at any time.
• Delete everything. You can delete your data from within the app at any time. Removing the app from your device removes its local data; Apple Health data is governed by your Health settings.

Who the app is for

Male Sexual Energy is designed for adult men. The algorithm models male physiology specifically and is not intended for use by children.

Not medical advice

The app supports your awareness of your own patterns. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician, and it is not a medical device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date, so please check back periodically. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
